Job Responsibilities:
- Processing credit card payments
- Responds to email queries and answer phone call to support hotel with regards to payment issues on timely basis.
- Communicates and supports AP team with regards to variances in vendor’s account.
- Reversal of previously issued credit card payment
- Daily reporting and issuance & reversal tracker of Credit cards
- Any ad-hoc reporting or financial analysis for line manager
Job Requirements:
- Business/admin graduate with deep understanding in basic accounting (Accounting Graduate is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Have knowledge in Customer Service
- Familiar with accounting software
- Experience in MS Office tools particularly in excel
- Open to work in shifting schedule
