Key Responsibilities: 

  • Confirm bookings from allotment and framed free sale. 
  • Clear pending bookings which do not have a supplier reference.
  • Clear on request bookings.
  • Close cancelled bookings.
  • Provide alternate accommodation for denied bookings.
  • Respond within SLA to all customer Phone and E-mail requests.
  • Promote the online system.
  • Liaise with Sales and Product to resolve customer issues with maximum efficiency.
  • If issue is ongoing to then liaise directly with hotels and suppliers to close complaint.
  • Retain and convert business via providing a high level of customer service.
  • Follow up mapping and payments with the accounts department.


Job Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a customer facing role (required).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Korean (required).
  • Demonstrate a capability to work in a changing environment and show strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, keeping an even temperament and can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Team working skills.
  • Ability to organise and plan effectively and to prioritise tasks to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
