WebBeds is the world’s fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion.

In this role you will
We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team and play a key role in our business transformation initiatives. In collaboration with the Transformation Architect, Transformation Directors and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions that support and drive our end-to-end transformation journey.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough technical and data analysis of existing systems and technologies to identify opportunities for potential improvements.
- Design and implement technical and data solutions that align with the overall business transformation strategy.
- Work closely with the Technology team to ensure the successful integration of technology solutions into existing business processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with data analysts to ensure the availability and accuracy of data required for transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive business transformation strategy from a technical perspective.
- Monitor and assess the performance of technical solutions, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Participate in change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technical solutions across the organization.

- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions that support business processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis and data management principles.
- Knowledge in data visualization strategies and tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc).
- Familiarity with a data integration tools and enterprise software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of technical solutions.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
