WebBeds is the world’s fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion.

In this role you will
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with a strong sense of ownership to join our team and play a pivotal role in our business transformation initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Transformation Programme Director, the Business Transformation Office, and senior leadership to contribute to the end-to-end transformation journey aligning with our overall business strategy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive the delivery of significant transformational projects. Your role is to support the business needs by taking on board requirements and defining/shaping business processes spread across multiple areas.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for transformation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Possess strong negotiation skills to work with various stakeholders and shape potential solutions. · Demonstrate a sense of ownership in understanding business requirements and representing them effectively.
- Document, review, digest, and analyze end-to-end and cross-functional interdependent processes.
- Decompose processes and propose multiple ways to improve, redesign, or move forward, applying methodological thinking and analyzing the pros and cons for each proposal.
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive business transformation strategy.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes, technologies, and systems to enhance overall business performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis of data and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, fostering positive relationships.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges associated with the transformation, proposing proactive solutions.
- Support the integration of technology solutions to enhance business processes as part of the transformation.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
